I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Lim Soo Jin (Nephrologist) & Ms. Nurhairien (Nurse) for the wonderful care and support they gave me during my hospital admission and even after I was discharged. Ms. Nurhairien was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive whenever she attended to me. She ensured I was comfortable and addressed my needs with care, which really helped ease my worries during my stay. Her calm and caring attitude made a positive difference in my recovery experience. Dr. Lim Soo Jin was very professional, approachable, and thorough. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and gave proper advice on how to manage and recover. With his care and guidance, I have recovered well, and his close follow-up after discharge gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I am truly grateful to both of them for going above and beyond in their roles. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment made my hospital experience a very positive one. My family and I want to express our deepest gratitude to HPB surgeon, Dr Johann Faizal Khan. We couldn’t praise his professionalism, kindness, and dedication enough in caring for my sister. From our very first virtual call, he has been a comforting presence and a steadfast manager of my sister’s complex case. As the saying goes, “comfort always, cure few,” and Dr Johann certainly lives up to that. And our heartfelt thanks to the 9A nurses who have nursed my sister postoperatively.

Dr. Lee Mei Ling and clinic assistant Sabrina provide exceptional care with professionalism and genuine friendliness. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Lee is thorough, attentive, and explains everything clearly, while Sabrina ensures the process is smooth and comfortable. I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Gayathri, an excellent and highly professional obstetrician and gynecologist. She performed my ectopic pregnancy surgery, and throughout the entire process, she was extremely responsible, calm, and reassuring. Her medical skills are truly outstanding, and I felt very safe and well cared for under her treatment. What touched me even more was that during the surgery, Dr. Gayathri also kindly helped to remove the keloid scar from my previous C-section, which I had been concerned about for a long time. This showed not only her technical expertise, but also her genuine care for her patients’ well-being and comfort. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I would also like to sincerely thank Nurse Nirmala, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive. She was always responsive, gentle, and made me feel less anxious during my hospital stay. Overall, my experience was truly positive. I am very grateful to have been treated by such a dedicated doctor and caring nurse. I highly recommend Dr. Gayathri and her medical team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate gynecologist.

I had a very reassuring experience at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity. After being involved in a car accident the night before, I initially felt fine and was able to walk away, Alhamdulillah. However, later that night I started experiencing throbbing pain, likely from being thrown around inside the car during the impact. I came to the Emergency Department the next morning, and from the moment I arrived, the doctor (Dr Lim Fang Jen), nurses, and staff were extremely attentive and professional. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently. The doctor examined me thoroughly and communicated clearly in a way that made me feel calm, safe, and confident in his care. He recommended a CT scan of my brain due to my symptoms, just to rule out any potential issues, which I fully appreciated and agreed with. Overall, the entire experience made me feel that I was truly in good hands. I’m very grateful to the whole team for making a stressful situation feel safe and well-managed. Thank you.

I had such an amazing experience! Special thanks to Dr. Ian Ping Wee Yen who provided excellent care for my child during our stay here. The nursing staff were all super friendly, kind and very accommodating. So grateful for each and everyone of them! The food were all delicious and the room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!
