Routine health checks can increase the chances of longer life and help maintain overall well-being. Regardless of whether symptoms are present, doctors still recommend doing a medical check-up annually.

Apa yang Diharapkan
- Generally, a medical check-up consists of a series of laboratory tests using blood and urine samples.
- If the package includes a doctor's procedure, the doctor will take samples to check for abnormal cells, then send it for further laboratory analysis.
Persiapan
- Make sure you get enough sleep, at least 6–8 hours.
- Some packages include tests that require fasting. Before purchasing the package, please contact our customer service to confirm whether fasting is required. If fasting is needed, patients must not eat or drink (except water) for 10–12 hours before the test.
- Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages 24 hours before the test.
- Show your medical records (including suspected pregnancy) or your daily medications list.
