Vejthani International Hospital offers a Work Permit Medical Check-up Package providing the required medical examinations and official medical certificate for work permit applications in Thailand. The package is available in four tiers (A–D), each building on the previous with additional tests, allowing applicants to select the level of screening required by their employer or immigration authority. All packages are conducted by the Internal Medicine Center and results are issued with a formal medical certificate.

This package includes a physical exam, visual assessment, chest X-ray, complete blood count, complete urinalysis, liver function test, total cholesterol, and fasting blood glucose.
