Prices are based on per person basis, in Malaysian currency (RM).

Upon completion of payment, cancellations are not permitted. However, we do accommodate rescheduling requests provided date fall within the campaign period.

Confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Prices are valid until 31 December 2026.

The purchased package must be utilised by 31 December 2026, including both appointment booking and completion of services.

The genetic test is available by appointment only, and bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.

The package includes pre-test and post-test genetic counselling, conducted by experienced genetic counsellors.

Only applicable for individuals aged 18 years and above.

The turnaround time is approximately 20 working days.

The genetic report is only available in softcopy.

Screening slots are available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and for Saturday is by appointment only. Please note that screenings are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Travelers are responsible for independently securing their own visas.
