Any information provided by Medifly or its team — including conversations with the care team or in-house clinicians, and any output from the AI assistant (AIRA) — is general information intended to help patients navigate their options. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis, medical advice, or a treatment plan, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Medifly.

All clinical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care plans — are made by the treating hospital and doctor chosen by the patient, together with the patient. The patient is responsible for decisions regarding their care, choice of provider, and travel, and for the outcomes that follow.

Medifly does not guarantee any medical outcome. The success of any treatment and all clinical results are determined by the patient’s condition and by the treating hospital and doctor, not by Medifly.

Part of Medifly’s service is to coordinate with hospitals on the patient’s behalf and to relay the information, cost estimates, and booking confirmations they provide. Prices, availability, accreditations, and treatment details are set by the hospital. Cost estimates are indicative until confirmed by the hospital, and final prices and arrangements are those stated in the hospital’s quote or booking, which Medifly helps the patient obtain. While Medifly takes care that the information it relays is accurate and up to date, Medifly is not responsible where a hospital subsequently changes, or does not honour, its prices, availability, or terms.
