I was admitted to MMC due to a bone fracture, and overall my experience was very reassuring and comfortable. Dr. Chan handled my case with great professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain my condition, the available treatment options, and the pros and cons of each. This really helped me feel confident and informed in making decisions about my care. I was also fortunate to have a room with a beautiful view, which made my stay much more pleasant and uplifting during recovery. A special thank you to the staff at Ward 7B — they were consistently friendly, attentive, and caring throughout my stay. Their kindness truly made a difference. The food was good overall. However, I personally felt that the breakfast portion was a bit small — perhaps it was due to the medication increasing my appetite, or simply because the food tasted good. Grateful for the quality care and support I received.

Our 3rd time returning to Mahkota Medical Centre for baby delivery, and once again, it was a reassuring and positive experience. The ward facilities and equipment have been upgraded, making the stay even more comfortable for patients and families. A special thank you to Dr. Wan for her professionalism, dedication, and care in helping us achieve another smooth delivery journey. She truly embodies the meaning of “医者父母心” — treating patients with compassion, responsibility, and heartfelt care. We are deeply grateful to have had Dr. Wan by our side for all three of our children’s deliveries, especially since our eldest was born premature. Her expertise, calmness, and genuine concern gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the journey. We would also like to sincerely thank the nursery staff and nurses for their kindness, patience, and helpful support throughout our stay. Their attentive care towards our newborn and continuous support for my wife played a big part in helping her recover quickly and comfortably. Their warmth and dedication truly made a difference during this important journey. My experience at this hospital was very satisfying with all the digital equipment and easy to use, the doctors and nurses as well as the hospital staff were kind and helpful in helping patients. This hospital is the best apart from the hospitals I have been to so far and the cost is not expensive for me.

Five stars for Mahkota Medical Centre Semua pelayanan mulai dari dokter yang merawat saya, dokter Premathevan, kedua asisten di klinik, nurse yang shift di ruang 770, petugas registrasi di lt 3, semuanya sangat baik dan ramah Datang ke sini atas rekomendasi kantor perwakilan Mahkota di Palembang, buat janji tgl 28 Januari, saat datang saya dapat antrian kedua, dari hasil MRI yang saya bawa dari Indonesia, saya langsung disarankan untuk ambil tindakan artroskopi dan biopsi karena ada kecurigaan tumor di lutut, sempat berunding dulu karena biaya yang harus dikeluarkan cukup mahal apalagi kurs uang Indo lagi sangat turun (total biaya 26.000 RM) akhirnya setuju untuk operasi di tgl 29 Januari, disuruh puasa dari jam 00.00 dan diminta datang masuk dari ER jam 06.00 pagi, pendaftaran sangat cepat. Petugas registrasi di lt 3 juga oke, ramah, saya bolak-balik karena ayah saya juga mendaftar untuk check up. Jam 06.30 tgl 29 Januari sudah di kamar nomor 770, diberi baju ganti untuk operasi, dicek tekanan darah dan suhu sama perawat, berulang kali dicek tekanan darah saya tinggi, karena takut 😅, bersyukur sekali karena semua perawat yang shift di hari itu semuanya sangat ramah 🤩🫶🏻. Hampir jam 07.30 dokter datang untuk beri sign bagian yg mau dioperasi, tidak lama langsung dibawa ke ruang operasi. Sampai di ruang operasi, dianamnesis oleh dokter anestesi Dr Lim Nyang Meng, terkait rencana bius, dokter menyarankan bius spinal daripada GA, tapi saya memilih GA karena saya penakut, dokternya bilang “okelah kalau begitu, tak apalah tidur sebentar saja 🤣”, dokternya sangat ramah bahkan dokternya sendiri yang memasang IV line dan seluruh staff di ruang operasi baik perawat Chinese/ Malaysian/ Indian, semuanya sangat ramah, jadinya saya ga takut di selama di ruangan operasi. Selesai operasi, dibangunkan untuk pindah ke kamar, perawat masih beberapa kali terus datang untuk cek tekanan darah karena masih tinggi. Petugas gizi laki-laki yang mengantar makanan juga sangat ramah, ayah saya order bahwa saya vegetarian, dan semua makanannya enak 🤤. Meskipun kamar untuk 4 pasien, tapi kamar sangat bersih, TV dan AC ada masing-masing di setiap bed pasien. Malamnya dokter visit, saya boleh pulang dan tgl 30 ke klinik jam 11 siang, sayangnya pas hari H tidak bertemu dokter, tapi tenang ada cece, asisten dokter Prem yang saya tidak tau namanya, sangat-sangat ramah dan telaten saat mengajarkan cara mengganti perban luka saya 🫶🏻🫶🏻. Tgl 31, ternyata mendapat alergi obat antibiotik, semua badan saya gatal, untungnya saya masih di Melaka, langsung ke klinik, cece asisten ternyata belum datang, kakak satu lagi yang stay langsung telpon Dr Prem, selesai visit baru ketemu untuk dapat obat tambahan tapp-off untuk alergi. Sekarang saya masih tahap penyembuhan, syukurlah hasilnya sudah di WA 2 Februari kemarin, hasilnya bukan tumor, mudah-mudahan keluhan saya terkait lutut nyeri saat jongkok bisa hilang. Oh ya, surprisingly RS ini memberikan rekaman video saat saya tindakan artroskopi 😂, very nice. Saya seorang dokter umum di Indonesia dan saya benar-benar sangat puas dengan pelayanan di MMC, tidak bermaksud membandingkan hospital di Indonesia dan Malaysia, tapi saya sangat jarang melihat pelayanan yang konsisten di setiap ruangan. Semoga pelayanan seperti ini terus bertahan dan semoga seluruh staff selalu memberikan usaha mereka yang terbaik bagi pasien. Maaf kalau review saya sangat panjang karena saya hanya ingin bercerita tentang pengalaman saya selama di MMC. Thank you 😊😍🙏🏻.
